How To Remove Emails From Your BLACKLIST Filter Print

Spam and Spam Filtering are constantly evolving and it's a non stop war.  To give clients more control, you have the ability to manually Add & Remove email addresses from your Whitelist & Blacklist Filters.

If you are not receiving emails that should have been delivered then the first place to check is your Blacklist Filter to see if the email address in question has been inadvertently added to your Blacklist Filter.  If it has, then simply remove or delete the email from your Blacklist.

  1. Log In To Your Control Panel ( How To Log In )
     
  2. HOVER over (or Long Tap) FILTERING to Display the Whitelist & Blacklist preferences.

  3. CLICK >> BLACKLIST
     
    Blacklist Email Filtering
     
  4. Search for the Email Address in question and remove or delete it from the Blacklist Filter.
