How To Setup IMAP Email Service - Android Devices

  1. Press the device's MENU button.
  2. Tap SETTINGS.
  3. Click on ACCOUNTS
  4. Click on ADD or CHANGE Account.
  5. Enter your email address and password and select "Manual Setup".
  6. For account type select "IMAP".
  7. For your account login USERNAME type your FULL EMAIL Address (lowercase), enter your password, then enter or change your IMAP server to imap.emailarray.com and set the port to 993 for SSL or 143 for TLS secure connection type.
  8. For the outgoing server setting screen enter smtp.emailarray.com as your SMTP server and set the port to 465 for SSL or 587 for TLS secure connection type.  Click "Next".
  9. Specify email checking frequency and set the email preferences as desired and click "Next".
  10. Specify a local account name and your name as you would like it to appear for recipients and click "Done".

Also for Mobile Synchronizing calendar/events (CalDAV) and contacts (CardDAV) simply log in to your WebMail account for instructions. Once logged in Click SETTINGS (top right corner of page) then the MOBILE SYNC link located within the left side panel.

How To Setup IMAP Email Services - iPhone Devices

  1. Click on Settings
  2. Click on Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  3. Click on Add Account
  4. Click on Other
  5. Click on Add Mail Account
  6. Enter your Name, Full Email address, Password, and a Description or Nickname of your account... Note: Your Username will be your FULL EMAIL Address (lowercase).  Click NEXT
  7. Under Incoming Mail Server, enter Host Name - imap.emailarray.com User Name - Your full e-mail address and Password.  Set the port to 993 for SSL or 143 for TLS secure connection type.
  8. Under Outgoing Mail Server, enter Host Name - smtp.emailarray.com User Name - Your full e-mail address and Password.  Set port to 465 for SSL or 587 for TLS secure connection type.
  9. Click on NEXTand SAVE

"Long Touch" the email account you want to remove then tap the "Remove Account". "Long Touch" is the "Right Click" of Android.

How to Place an EMail Shortcut onto your Desktop - Android Devices

If you do not already have a Mail Icon to check mail for multiple accounts simply "Long Touch" any free space or area on your desktop. An "Add To Home Screen" option will pop up. Tap on Shortcuts >> then EMail.

How to view multiple email accounts - Android Devices

Tap on the Email Icon and a Window will open showing "Combined Inbox's" and each Individual account. If an account is not set to automatically check for new messages every XX minutes you can force it to check for new messages by tapping on the account or refreshing the screen.

When you open your Mail Icon you will see a list of Mailboxes. Click on All Inbox's to view the email from all of the email accounts you have configured.

Initially your mail account may be set to manually check for new emails. To set your phone to automatically check for new emails you can go into your ADVANCED Settings of your email account and activate the "Notifications" and or "Fetch" commands.
